Hello Fun-seekers!

We recently went through a catharsis of sorts.  How do we keep in touch with our customers?  How do we promote our products and services?  How do we "get found" is a sea of competitors and wanna-bes?  Are we leading or getting run over?

Then Al Gore called to tell us about this thing called the Internet and how a company like PakCom can use it to attract new customers.  The trick (or one trick anyway) is to provide content that is fresh, entertaining, educational, and not a waste of time for the busy professionals that are desperate to find a way to print full color graphics on a 3 ring binder with a 2.5" angle D ring for a 8.5 x 5.5 sheet size (no worries - we got your back on that one).

That said, we've redesigned our website from the ground-up with the focus of getting information in the hands of the people that need it quickly and effortlessly.  Get a quote, get an idea, get a specification, get a design, get stuff done.  With this BLOG we'll slowly but steadily start building out a library of interesting facts, figures, and stories that will help our customers learn more about the products and services that they purchase. 

I think being a good resource is a good thing.  Plus, it gives me an opportunity to stand on my soap-box about important stuff that keeps me awake at night.
